Avaliable Job Today We are a commercial cleaning business currently looking for an Operations expert to join our vibrant team to oversee contracts across the business.
If you have management experience within any of the following:
· Communal and Office Cleaning
· School Cleaning
· Retail Cleaning
· Medical Cleaning
This would be the perfect opportunity to join a thriving business and take your career to the next level. You will be responsible for supporting a team of managers, working with them on the front line to maximise client retention and growth.
Core Duties:
· Oversee the daily management of cleaning contracts.
· Build strategies to help area managers achieve their goals
· Liaise with Customers, and deal with escalated issues in a timely fashion
· Ensure monthly audits are carried out by area managers to a high standard
· Committed, motivated and passionate about people and excellent service delivery
· Ensure the Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to in line with company policies and procedures.
MUST HAVE:
- Ability to work on own initiative proactively and with minimal direction
- Ability to analyse problems and to implement solutions
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and effectively, orally and in writing
- Ability to write concise, logical, and accurate reports and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues empathetically and effectively
- Ability to engage persuasively with staff at all levels across departmental and organisational structures.
- Ability to manage a budget and to forecast expenditure.
- Strong customer focus with attention to detail
Salary: £40,000 per annum + BONUS
