Job Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Data and Insights Analyst to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data intelligence solutions to support business objectives. This role requires an individual who is skilled in data analysis, database design, and programming. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with data and a deep understanding of data analytics and visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement data intelligence solutions to support business objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
- Perform data analysis and statistical modelling to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data intelligence solutions are integrated with existing systems and processes.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data intelligence and data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in data intelligence development or a related field
- Good understanding of data analysis, database design, and programming
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience in Python would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach
