Here at GXO we are looking to recruit for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Function Operative to join our EE/BT team based in Milton Keynes (MK10). You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a Monday to Friday shift pattern from 08:00 - 16:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Monitor staff performance and accuracy-
Deliver shift briefs

Completing customer requests in a professional and timely manner

Promote and contribute towards continuous improvement projects

Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and complete all assigned computer-based tasks as required

Conduct return to work interviews and performance reviews
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Prior experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided-
Good levels of communication, both written and verbal
