Salary: £35k - £40k depending on experience
Are you an experienced HR Analyst looking for your next exciting challenge with the flexibility to work remotely from home within a positive and enthusiastic HR team fully focused on improvement?
You will naturally work in collaboration as ‘One Team’ with our Ardonagh Advisory HR colleagues, HR Centres of Excellence, Recruitment, Reward, Learning & Development, and other HR functions to ensure that our MI and reporting provides insights and trends to help us drive forward our strategic priorities.
We are looking for someone who will proactively support the team in the preparation and provision of MI relating to our internal KPIs and metrics, providing insights and analysis not just the numbers.
Having excellent MS Excel skills is of course a prerequisite alongside Power BI, proficiency in Tableau would be an advantage. In addition to having analytical skills, it’s important that the best candidate is an approachable individual who is self-motivated and proactive. We also need an exceptional communicator who can build and maintain secure relationships by demonstrating integrity and ownership.
Some other key accountabilities include:
- Interrogating, transforming, modelling and visualising data from various sources to providing accurate and insightful MI to enable our HR Function to make well informed strategic decisions.
- Drive decision making using data and insights, upskilling the HR Team by increasing their data literacy and giving them the tools to self-serve.
- Using meaningful data, produce business case presentations, to a high standard that clearly demonstrate an ROI.
- Update stakeholders to ensure delivery against agreed timelines and complete necessary checks to ensure the quality and accuracy of the information provided whilst contributing to us achieving our HR objectives
- Develop and deliver monthly Executive reports alongside ad hoc MI reports, as required.
- Actively contribute to the learning culture; by sharing knowledge and developing others in the HR team to be self sufficient in basic report production.
- Consciously maintaining the integrity of all our people data
About you:
You’ll be someone that really understands the difference that people data, insight and technology can make to a business and be a confident analyst that feels comfortable configuring and getting the best information out of existing systems. This is a trusted where position you will be experienced in always maintaining strict confidentiality. We are also looking for:
- Strong analytical and excel reporting skills, Tableau, Power BI and Power Query
- Advanced MS Excel skills with experience of analysing data and presenting it in a way that it is clear and understood to any audience
- Great communication skills with the ability to build relationships with excellent stakeholder management skills with first class expectation management
- You’ll be naturally curious, and want to understand the “why” behind the “what”
- An amazing eye for detail, self-motivated and well organised
- An inquisitive approach to all that you do; you’re comfortable asking questions of your stakeholders to fully understand their requirements
- Experience with Cascade HR or Networx Systems is desirable but not essential
