We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Senior graphic designer to join our busy Creative in-house team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting into the Design Manager your role would include (but not exclusively)
- Responsible and accountable for the creation and design of catalogues to a print ready standard.
- Attention to detail should be important to you.
- Working on a variety of different projects covering print and digital design, including print adverts, customer facing emails and website assets.
- Ensure that all designed work is delivered according to brand and corporate identity guidelines.
- Working to short deadlines and fast turnaround times.
- Mentoring junior members of the team.
The role is office based in our Burgess Hill Head Office.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Min 6 years experience in print Design
- Highly experienced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe software, as well Mac operating systems.
- Diligent and extremely well organised who can prioritise workload and manage deadlines.
- Self-motivated and works calmly under pressure.
- An obsessive eye for detail.
- A team player and able to mentor and motivate junior collegues.
- Able to take constructive criticism and direction but confident to offer suggestions and solutions and support for more junior members of the team.
- Good written and interpersonal skills and adaptable to change in an often-demanding environment.
- A passionate interest in the fashion industry and sustainability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Starting from £19,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9-5 with 1 hour unpaid for lunch.
Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
