Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Curriculum Administrator – Landbased & Equine for 22.5 hours per week over 38 working weeks on a maternity cover basis from August, 2023.

This role provides an administrative service to the Head of School Landbased & Equine and the curriculum team and is integral to the organisation and smooth running of the department.

Your duties

You will:

  • Provide an administrative service to the Head of School and curriculum team
  • Facilitate and administer the post
  • Support the tracking, recording and management of student absence
  • Welcome visitors and issue student lanyards
  • Organise, attend and take minutes of meetings for the Head of School
  • Collate and prepare data for the Head of School

Person specification

The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

  • Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working within a similar role
  • Experience of collating data and presenting in a user friendly format
  • Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
