This purpose of this role within the Estates Department is to support our existing capability and follow through on any repair requests from our stakeholders.
Our successful candidate will assist the Maintenance Manager in the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across both sites, ensuring all buildings and infrastructure are maintained to a high standard - for example the care and protection of our collections. Another key objective will be responding to work requests in a timely manner.

The role calls for an individual that has experience in building and facilities maintenance, who is highly enthusiastic, committed and adaptable to various types of work.
You will demonstrate knowledge and installation of Mechanical Hot and Cold services, Plumbing and Drainage. The role will cover both reactive and pre planned maintenance tasks as well as health and safety compliance checks with accurate record keeping.
Your role will also take part in the out of hours on call rota which will include weekends.

The salary will be £28,249 to £32,891 per annum pro-rata, depending on skills and experience.
