Creative Artworker
We’re Riviera Maritime Media, an innovative publisher and event organiser with offices in London, New York and Singapore. We're looking for a Creative Artworker to work across a wide range of online and offline products. Your main responsibility will be magazine layouts and the role will involve multi-tasking and strict quality assurance in order to get all jobs produced on schedule, on brand and within budget. The ideal candidate needs to be able to hit the ground running and be able to fit in and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate your creative aptitude and turbo-charge your skills under the guidance of our experienced Creative Managers. Working alongside them, you will understand the department’s internal systems, working practices and ethos, you will also be liaising closely with the Marketing and Events teams in artworking, processing and delivery of key materials to support our event portfolio campaigns.

Be part of the team responsible for
Print publications:
- Magazine production; including editorial page design and layout, working closely with the Production Editors (to ensure editorial throughput is on schedule), image editing, proofing and supplying/signing off final files at the printers.
- Advertisement production for allocated brands; including chasing, pre- flighting, correcting and proofing artwork from clients, agencies and colleagues.
Events/Marketing creative:
- Pre/Post event videos (promotional, webinars, virtual conferences, interviews)
- Online and offline advertising for our events portfolio
- Conference handbooks: Page layout, image editing and advertisement production
- Large-format banner designs
- Digital signage: Event branding and sponsor graphics appearing at events • Ancillary materials including delegate lists, exhibition floorplans, table menus, post-event sales reviews
- Photography and video capture when required
- Production of printed and digital media as required.
What you'll need…
- Intermediate Adobe Creative Cloud in a Mac environment. (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- To be diligent with good attention to detail
- A related qualification would be desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills, oral and written
- To be a team player with a positive attitude
- Photography and/or videography would be a plus point.
