Job Title: Business Development Executive (aka Sales Superstar)


Overview:


We're on the hunt for a Sales Superstar to join our team! We need someone who can identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with the energy and enthusiasm of a kid on Christmas morning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Be the superhero of sales by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities through research, inbound leads and cold calling.
  • Keep our clients happy and coming back for more by building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and goals. Don't worry, you won't be doing this alone – we'll be there to help you every step of the way!
  • Use your superpowers of market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals that will knock our clients' socks off and negotiate contracts like a boss.
  • Keep us updated on your progress and show off your amazing results with regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Never stop learning and growing by continuously improving your sales skills and knowledge of the industry.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role. You've got to have the chops to back up your superhero persona.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. We want to see your superhero cape in action!
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You'll be using your powers of persuasion to win over clients and close deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You'll need to be able to analyze data and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll be part of our superhero squad, but we also need you to be able to fly solo when needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. You're a superhero, but you're also human – we understand if you need a little help from technology.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends. You may not have x-ray vision, but we need you to have a keen eye for what's happening in our industry.
