Clinical Photographer Base: Salford Royal (Based)
Band: 5 Salary: £28,407 - £34,581 per annum (Flexible to work across all (NCA) wide sites when needed) Hours:37.5 per week
An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and proactive individual who is able to work with minimal supervision, to join our busy and progressive Clinical Photography Department. Salford Royal is opening a new Trauma Centre in late-2023 and we will be dealing with complex and extremely interesting patients who will need our services. We are also covering a new Teledermatology service in The Salford Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC). Also expanding the main department with an additional studio, so these are exciting times ahead for Clinical Photography at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA). Managing your own workload and working under minimal supervision, you will be expected to carry out a range of medical, technical photography and video recording to provide clear, accurate reproducible and relevant images supporting clinical diagnosis, records, teaching, research and publication. You must have excellent communication and people skills and the ability to build successful relationships with senior clinicians and managers along with other teams within the service.
