VACANCY FOR HR OFFICER
HATTON PARK PRIMARY SCHOOL - PLEASE APPLY ON THE SCHOOL WEBSITE
Salary: Grade 6, Point 7-12, £22,369 - £24,496 FTE (£7,989 - £8,748 Actual Salary)
Hours of work: 15 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
(term time + 30 hours during the school holidays)
There is flexibility with the working pattern in terms of number of days per week worked and the start and finish times.
Responsible to the Headteacher - Hatton Park Primary School
We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and well-organised HR Officer to join our friendly, supportive team at Hatton Park Primary School. The role will be busy, varied and responsible as you will be undertaking the day-to-day HR administration for the school. The HR function will include maintaining accurate personnel files, updating absence records; processing contractual variations and managing the school's single central record. You will work closely with the Headteacher and you will be supported in your role by the core team including the Trust HR Manager.

The ideal candidate:
- Good educational background with GCSE or equivalent in English Language & Mathematics
- HR qualification or appropriate experience
- Understanding of HR procedures and processes e.g. safer recruitment; absence management
- Competent IT user - Excel, Word and Outlook and/or Pupil Asset/SIMs
- High level of accuracy when working with data
- Ability to prioritise, communicate and contribute effectively
- Is committed, reliable and has excellent professional standards
