Established in 1963, Dunsters Farm Foodservice delivers chilled, ambient, frozen and non-food products to catering customers throughout the North of England.
We are looking to appoint a Group Sales Support to join our growing sales team. As Group Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient contract management processes and providing administrative support to our sales team.
Reporting directly to our Group Sales Director, you will be confident handling contracts, analysing data, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the smooth operations of our business and continued sales growth.
What will you be doing?
- Maintain customer contracts, review contract terms, and track key milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and buying teams to analyse contract performance data, pricing, and terms.
- Prepare reports and summaries to aid data-driven decision-making and evaluate contract performance.
- Communicate with contract customers to gather necessary documentation, update contract details, and address queries or issues.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, buying, and finance teams, regarding contract-related matters.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, amendments, and related documents for easy retrieval.
- Monitor contract compliance and promptly address any non-compliance issues.
- Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in contract management.
- Provide support to the Group Sales Director during Monthly Sales Team Meetings, noting actions and sharing updates with the team.
When will I work?
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
What will I get paid?
£25,000 per annum
Annual bonus of up to £2,500 per annum

What skills and experience do we expect?
- Ideally have proven experience as in a sales support or similar role in the foodservice industry or a related field
- Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Have exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Have a detail-oriented mindset and a keen eye for accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
- Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Be proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (in particular – Outlook, Excel and Teams)
