725 Ltd Recruitment company are looking to recruit an Admin / Booking Co-Ordinator to work at our busy Gravesend branch.
The main duties of the role will be to recruit, retain, book, and manage temporary staff to match clients’ requirements that can change daily.
Duties will also include, but not limited to:
- Answering telephone calls
- Welcoming visitors and staff to our offices
- Registering Agency Workers
- General office administrative tasks
- Data input for payroll
- Inducting staff
This role will be office based so the ideal candidate will need to have an excellent telephone manner, understand the tasks involved in ensuring the smooth running of a busy desk and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages especially Word and and Excel would also be essential for this role.
Similarly, previous office experience within the recruitment sector would certainly be an advantage, however, direct training can be given if you do not have previous experience. Knowledge of Eastern European language would be an advantage. We are looking for someone that can work within a team environment but also work independently if required. This will also involve taking the out of hours phone to respond to messages and emails.
The work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 530 pm.
