Vanitorials, a supplier of cleaning products founded in 1992, offer an uncompromising commitment to quality of service and products, making them a leading industry supplier for Essex and the South East. Our Head Office is based in Benfleet, and we run a fleet of delivery vans on a daily basis from our distribution centre in Horndon on the Hill.
We sell a wide range of janitorial supplies to schools, care homes, cleaning companies, hotels, restaurants, shopping centres and leisure centres (to name but a few) the aim to be the ‘one stop shop’ for all janitorial supplies to our customers.
Our skilled team offer support with free expert advice, fast, efficient deliveries and a full aftersales service, and our experienced technicians offer cleaning services, machine repairs, servicing, and PAT testing.
We are now looking to recruit a full time Customer Service Administrator to join our close knit, friendly team. This role will be ideal for someone with a confident telephone manner, great at building rapport with our customers, a team player with excellent attention to detail. You will have strong IT knowledge, with the ability to develop skills in the operational system Intact and competently use Excel, Word and email.
Main responsibilities:
Processing orders received
Preparing quotations for customers based on information provided
Maintaining the operational system Intact with customer information
Using Excel to produce customer price lists
Managing the administrative activities of the sales office
Marketing activity – preparation of posters and flyers for product promotion
Producing reports as requested
Cover Trade counter (whilst others are away)
Communicating with the Dispatch and Purchasing Depts on deliveries and product availability
General office administration

Salary: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
