Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
- Lead, support and develop the Marketing team including KPI setting and Personal Development Plans.
- Drive the development and maintenance of a full marketing calendar including promotions, trade events etc. across all marketing channels and functions to drive awareness and sales.
- To prioritise marketing projects according to importance, focus and benefit to the company.
- To manage the team workload to ensure optimum use of resources.
- To work across all departments to create innovative marketing solutions for both our internal and external customers.
- To ensure that all marketing activities meet the Company brand guidelines and objectives, whilst being on time and within budget.
- To monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activities, both online and offline, in order to guide current and future strategies.
The ideal Marketing Manager:
- A proven track record of success in a marketing role.
- Be able lead a team to deliver the marketing strategy and outcomes.
- Excellent content generation, communication and marketing skills across all levels
- The ability to manage multiple, cross functional projects for multiple stakeholders
- Maintain, develop and be the gatekeeper for corporate guidelines and brands
