The Marketing Role
- We are looking for a creative and ambitious individual to increase digital brand awareness and revenue.
- The role is to create innovative customer acquisition campaigns and actively engage a much wider cross section of clients, through digital and online channels.
- The marketing strategy must be bold and original. Stanhope Cooper wants to emphasise our cutting edge, honest and fun approach to insurance.
- We want to move away from our current conservative approach and image, whilst maintaining our integrity.
- You will be working daily with both the Sales Team and Managing Director. You will report into our Directors on a weekly basis.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute day-to-day marketing plan to drive growth.
- This will include but is not limited to social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
- You will be producing all imagery and content.
- You will be helping create video content across Instagram and Linkedin.
- Podcasts: help create and curate content.
- Implement and manage Ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
- Produce new written content for written blogs and help create a quarterly newsletter to clients.
- Drive positive reviews for our products/services and a social media plan to drive positive engagement. This will include overseeing our Reviews IO application.
Requirements
- Digitally minded with an artistic nature and sales mindset.
- Interest in luxury jewellery, watches and homes.
- Have worked predominantly in a fast paced and sales environment.
- Create engaging and well written content
- Excellent attention to detail and a good sense of humour are compulsory requirements!
- Self-motivated and good communicator
