Maris Pumps are an independent company, established in 2003, specialising in the hire and sales of water & sewage pumps, hoses & accessories.
We're looking to recruit an internal sales desk manager to generate new hires & sales from our existing customer base along with new customers, they will be required to process incoming sales and be knowledgeable on the equipment to be able to help customers find the right equipment for the job.
Based at our Chesterfield Head Office you'll be a confident & motivated self starter with experience of managing your own workload along with a 'can-do' attitude to getting things done.
If you've experience in either the construction or plant business, that would be an advantage although we're looking for sales experience & an adaptable attitude, we can help you to learn the rest.
The role is office based at our Chesterfield location, good IT skills will help as will an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Salaries are competitive & will depend on your skills & experience.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 however due to the nature of our business, we operate a 24/7, 365 emergency call out service and you will be required to answer inbound calls out of hours on a company provided mobile phone on a rota basis.
