We have an opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Customer Accounts team on a permanent full term basis.
This will be based in our Christchurch office, we have a hybrid model of working so you'll need to be in the office for 2 days a week.
The starting salary is £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
The Role
Our Coordinators provide a strong administration service for both our internal and external customers. You'll be supporting the Customer Accounts team with various administration duties including managing the team inbox, actioning and forwarding tasks, setting up direct debits for customers, processing payments and keeping our systems up to date with changes to customers benefits. You'll also support with reporting and project work.

- Strong customer service skills and exceptional organisation
- Previous experience in a housing role
- A keen eye for detail
- Good numeracy skills
- The ability to work individually, but also as part of a wider team
- The ability to prioritise your own workload effectively
