Salary: £38,093 to £44,578 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
We’re recruiting for a Regional Administration Manager to join our team in Corsica Street, London.
You’ll manage a regional team that delivers an efficient and effective administration and support service and supports and enables a customer focused local delivery. Ensure effective regional administration and management of all frontline support which includes, housing, repairs and available homes.
Other key duties include;-
  • Develop strong working relationships with the RMT and local managers to ensure the dispersed team delivers and effective support service both to internal and external customers.
  • Work with the contact centres and CST (Customer Support Team) to support the new ways of working and a joint approach that enables an efficient and targeted regional approach.
  • Collate service charge data on all spend and ensure this is fed back to the service charge team.
  • Support effective regional diary management for frontline teams in line with ERP processes.
  • Lead the regional admin team to ensure that all systems are maintained, both IT and office.
  • Ensure information we hold about our residents is up to date and correctly processed in line with data protection legislation.
You’ll have previous administration experience working in a complex environment and a strong manager of people with the ability to direct, motivate and support dispersed teams.
You’ll be able to demonstrate a rational and organised approach to regional administration with a strong ethos and commitment to effective team work.
