HR is a centre of excellence within the People and Change function; as a traded service we are in an exciting period of growth, and we are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join us. You’ll be outcomes-focused, ensuring that cases are resolved swiftly and comply with legislation, policies and best practice. Your strong coaching style will give school leaders confidence in your support and the options available to them, and you’ll have good personal resilience and decision-making ability to help you deal with tricky situations.

If you have expertise in the unique HR and employment law frameworks associated with the education sector, we want to hear from you!
