Job Description Location: WincantonWe are recruiting for a customer service assistant to work at Otter Garden Centre, Wincanton.This is a full-time role to work 5 days a week as part of the Garden Sundries department.RequirementsDuties will include:Using the tillsHelping customers with product enquiries and taking ordersUsing your detailed knowledge of the products in your department to increase salesEnsuring product layout is maintained to high standardsStock management, which will include managing all stock orders and deliveriesMerchandising stock in line with company guidelinesThe ideal candidate will:Have excellent customer service and communication skillsBe computer literate including Excel and PowerPointHave warehouse experience including picking and packing of stockBe a strong team playerBe able to work on your own using your initiativePlease note this role will involve heavy lifting.
