Ecommerce & Customer Services Administrator
Braunston, Nr Daventry – NN11 7HB
£21,000 – £22,500 per annum - Full Time
Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday
We have a job opportunity within a family run business to become an eCommerce and Customer Service administrator. We sell online on Amazon, eBay, other marketplaces and our own websites. We send orders mainly to the UK and an increasing number worldwide.
The successful applicant’s responsibilities will be to help ensure our customers can easily find our products online and then receive them once they have ordered them.
- · Processing incoming orders on our internal software.
- · Help with picking and checking orders in the warehouse.
- · Process any orders with any external suppliers.
- · Help with preparing the orders for the couriers to collect.
- · Booking couriers.
- · Keeping product content up to date on all our selling channels.
- · Preparing and entering all new product content on to Excel spreadsheets.
- · Dealing with customer enquiries from emails, telephone calls and in person.
- · Taking manual orders over the telephone.
- · Dealing with customer returns and refunds.
- · Dealing with suppliers and manufacturers.
As the business grows there will be opportunities to help with social media posts and SEO, and help source and design our own brand products. We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic, hardworking and willing to learn who will be part of a team. Experience in this area would be an advantage but training and support will be given.
Salary can be negotiable based on experience.
Due to our location, it would be ideal for the applicant to have their own transport to drive to and from our office. There is, however, a local bus service from Daventry and Rugby.

Salary: £21,000 - £22,500.00 per annum.
