About Our Client
Our client, established in 2003 has evolved from a small establishment to a progressive company moving in new directions and is still growing into a National Organisation.
They offer a range of Sales, Lettings (both council and private letting), management, mortgages and guaranteed rent schemes (Private Sector Leasing via council lets).
The company already have two offices in London and has recently opened a new office located in West Bromwich which will handle the Midlands and the North of England.
We are looking to fill a number of different positions within their Organisation, there will be some opportunities for hybrid working, some will be both from office and hybrid and some office based.
We are a private and social housing agency currently working with 150 Councils, Housing Associations and Supported living providers across the United Kingdom.
Our aim is to help reduce the Housing Crisis as the UK has a massive Housing shortage problem with almost a million people needing to be housed.
These tenants are on Universal Credit and have been in temporary accommodation for months and even years.
We try to find properties all over the UK that can house these tenants and move them from Temporary & Emergency Accommodation to a permanent accommodation.
The challenge is that the councils only pay rents at the Local Housing Allowance rate which is normally considerably lower than the actual Market Rental Values.
On the other hand our USP is that they offer Rent Guarantee, Legal Protection & Malicious Damage Cover Insurance with every Tenant they place.
One of the key and most important factors of this job is to have the ability to source and secure properties.
The great thing is we are not restricted to source properties only locally, we can source them all over the UK.
The successful candidate will also be needed to provide support to tenants and landlords.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and assistance to tenants on housing matters, conducting inspections of properties, and liaising with landlords to ensure compliance with housing regulations.
Person Specification
Proficient in Microsoft Software Programmes, including Word, Excel, Power point.
Confident – Bubbly – Tenacious – Assertive – Target Driven – Self Motivated – Work On Own Initiative – Excellent Communication Skills, Good Influencer, Excellent Negotiation Skills, Excellent Telephone Manner – Able To Manage their time smartly, efficiently, effectively and economically. Be able to plan and organise call backs and emails in advance. Able to give Pitches & Presentations.
Can do, will do attitude is absolutely essential as well as positive attitude to see the glass as half full and not half empty.
Being able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Are you the right person for the job?
We are looking for someone preferably with at least 2 Years Experience as a Lettings Negotiator bringing in new Properties.
However we will consider anyone that has at least 2 years proven track record in any Sales positions where you are experienced in hitting Sales Targets.

Real Estate Sales & Lettings, Letting Negotiator, Sales, Recruitment Consultant, Customer Service, Sales Executives, Telesales, Telemarketing, Property Sourcers, Business Development Managers, Business Development Executives, Accounts Managers, Sales Agent, Sales Specialist, Sales Associate, Sales Representative.
If you do have a
Full Driving licence is required and car owners will be at a distinct advantage.
What will your role look like?

· Procure and Source Rental Properties
· Locate rental properties
· Market and sell our product to agents and landlords
· Match tenants to properties
· Accompany property viewings
· Complete inventory reports
· Complete checks on tenants
· Prepare and sign agreements
· As well as other duties needed to complete lets
· Guiding and mentoring junior team members
· Co-managing the office when and where needed
· Liaising and negotiating cash incentives with various councils
