Title: Customer Service Executive / Customer Service Advisor
**VARIETY OF SHIFTS AND LONG TERM ROLES** Our client, a large global logistics company based in Hams Hall, Birmingham requires Customer Service Representatives, with positions leading to permanent after a successful trial period.
Working in a nice clean building and within a great team environment, the general duties will involve dealing with inbound/outbound calls from existing clients. Full training is provided, however the role will involve computer use so must be IT Literate.

- Working with a large number of existing clients and logging orders.
- Providing a great customer experience to internal and external clients.
- Working within a team environment and to agreed timescales.

Rate of Pay:
- £10.82 per hour / £16.23 per hour overtime
Hours of Work (various shifts available working 8 hours per day between 07:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday)
- 0700 - 1530
- 0730 - 1600
- 0800 - 1630
- 0830 - 1700
- 0900 - 1730
- 0930 - 1800
