About the role
As a Sales Manager you will be building strong relationships with LEVC key customers to maximise sales in UK as well as work with key leasing companies and ensure strong residual values by assisting in the management of the relationship with the industry guides. You will be travelling within the Midlands (occassional national travel) visitng prosepctive customers. Fantastic opportunity to be part of the future mobility plans that has been recently announced by LEVC.
The role will proactively develop LCV/TXE sales with customers in the UK promoting Non-Hackney Sales.
In this role you will have the ability to establish new relationships, based on research, and be able to prioritise these, assess the opportunities, scale and timing.
Be both customer and target focused, with the ability to deliver results in line with LEVC’s profitability expectations and volume targets.
Able to react quickly to changing market conditions and to take actions to ensure business plan is achieved.
Experience to succeed
Proven track record of sales target achievement and the ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners.
Significant experience in key account management including targeting both new and existing customers.
Customer focussed and driven must be able to build and nuture relationships that deliver commercial results.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and manage a complex stakeholder environment.
Strong B2B sales background with both public and private sector customers.
Experience of working for/with automotive leasing or rental operators.
Experience of managing and leading a sales team to performance led KPI's.
Experience of working with finance companies.
FCA compliance training (preferred).
Salesforce experience (preferred).
