Technical Employee Benefits Administrator
Location: Remote
Salary - £25,000- £35,000
NJR are currently exclusively representing one of the UK's leading national firms of independent Financial Planners, who provide bespoke advice to Private and Corporate clients. Due to their continued growth they have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their growing organisation.
This position would suit a highly ambitious individual who is looking to further their career within the financial services sector, those who are keen to undertake industry exams will be fully supported.
The successful candidate will have the option to work on a remote basis, you will be responsible and supporting the Head of Corporate Risk/ Employee Benefits with specific and bespoke solutions.
Responsibilities:
" Produce Suitability reports for Group Risk, Life and PMI
" Produce Pension Governance reports and supporting scheme information
" Analyse clients' circumstances, needs and objectives
" Provide research and discussion documents
" Obtain quotations, key features, applications, and other relevant paperwork to advisers for their client meetings.
" Process renewals of Employee Benefit Schemes including the checking and issuing of annual accounts.
" Draft employee/scheme member communications
" Project manage new schemes including salary sacrifice
" Day-to-day Account Management and regular liaison with key operational contacts at employers
" Liaise with employers to obtain employee data and then submit to Providers to obtain new business or renewal terms
" Attend client meetings when needed
" Use Intelligent Office to highlight Group Risk, Group Life, PMI and Group Pension renewals or other Reviews becoming due for their select team of advisers
" Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date client and plan records on Intelligent Office.
" Provide technical support including on procedural matters to the wider corporate support team as required

To be successful with your application, you will need to have a high level of understanding of the financial services market, which you will be required to bring to this role alongside excellent negotiation and influencing skills. Personality attributes you will need to be confident, articulate and have the understanding of the importance of providing excellent client service.
