The successful applicant will lead and develop non-clinical team members and be responsible for effectively running business operations. This includes monitoring and optimising performance, improving systems of work and fulfilling our obligations to partner agencies. Relationships and collaboration are key to our success.
You will be the accountable for upkeep of the standalone Occupational Health systems, OH document management and administrative compliance. Quality is priority and you can adapt ways of working with the team for improvement and sustainability.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
