Job Description
We are looking for a new Business Development and Marketing Assistant to play a key role in supporting the Practice Development team to deliver our strategic plans to retain and maximise existing clients, help win new ones and manage and enhance our brand.
Practice Development is split into four key areas: business development, marketing, PR & communications, and sales. We`re committed to achieving our objectives and work together to make this happen. Experts in what we do, we seek to develop, coach and mentor all team members, because we recognise the importance of listening and learning from each other.
Key responsibilities
- Support the team on developing, sending and measuring the success of multi-channel communication, including email, social media and website.
- Analyse marketing and communication data and metrics
- Assist BD managers with supporting sector and service marketing activities.
- Keep data up-to-date on the firm`s CRM system.
- Create and clean prospective target lists for BD campaigns.
- Support on events, including webinars.
- Conduct market, competitor and prospect research.
- Support on the production of bid and tender documents and presentations
- Help to produce reports, collateral and web content.
Skills & expertise
- Willingness to get involved with multiple projects.
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
- Proficient using social media.
- Good problem-solving abilities, with a desire to help create solutions.
- Creative thinker confident to suggest ideas and think outside the box.
- Research and analysis skills
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM systems.
- Enthusiastic and energetic, eager to make things happen.
- Deadline-focused.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
