Role Overview
As a Customer Research & Insight Assistant, your role will be integral in shaping the strategic direction of our business. You will collate and deliver essential company performance reporting, combining it with customer research to support our vision and strategies. Your insights will guide the achievement of our business objectives while building a deep understanding of customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and share monthly company performance reports.
- Collaborate with the wider to provide expert advice on customer insights and analytics.
- Advocate for customer insights within the team and across the organisation.
- Establish strong relationships with colleagues to understand requirements and priorities.
- Assist in designing and executing customer insight activities aligned with business needs.
- Offer insights that enhance our understanding of customer preferences.
- Contribute to enhancing company performance reporting.
- Take ownership of specific customer and company insights areas.
- Effectively communicate insights throughout the organisation.
- Maintain trusting relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Undertake administration task for the wider Insights team

- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent presentation abilities.
