- £10.90 basic hourly rate

We are currently looking to recruit contract sizes of 16, 20 and 24 hours.
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers so this role may require availability to work during the day, evenings, and weekends – but we can discuss this further with you at interview and we always strive to meet the needs of our co-workers whilst meeting the needs of the business. We offer permanent contracts, advanced scheduling & regular weekends off.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
This role is varied with no two days being the same; one minute you could be on checkouts and the next minute, you could be meeting and greeting our customers, assisting customers and providing great customer service.
- You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
- You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.
- Meeting and greeting our customers, assisting customers at the checkouts, returns desk, click & collect and processing home deliveries.
- Build loyalty by listening to our customers and using your knowledge of the IKEA product range to offer informed solutions.
- You provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers in a busy retail environment.
