Job Description
We are growing and have a rare opportunity to join our fantastic small team at the Blandford Hotel. We are a newly refurbished, 34 bedroom 4 star hotel between near Baker Street Tube Station.
We are looking for a full time receptionist to join our team.
As receptionist, you are responsible for making all our guests feel welcome when they stay with us.
The successful applicant will be an energetic person who enjoys interacting with people, speaks fluent English, is hardworking and trustworthy.
The duties involved will include:
- Greeting all guests and helping them and answering their questions
- Checking in and out of all guests
- Processing reservations
- Dealing with guest enquiries and providing local information
- Assisting guests
- Other duties as requested by your line manager
- Able to be relocate
- It will be a plus if you know Opera PMS and one year of experience
The role will offer the right candidate the opportunity permanent full time work. The successful applicant will have worked in a similar position in the past.
We will only look at candidates that are already eligible to work in the UK.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week on rotating shift basis as per the rota. (Shifts are: 7am-3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am)
