Salary Range from £66,000 - £83,000 & Benefits
The opportunity to lead on our workplace strategy within Tesco Bank, working with all levels of leadership. As Property Lead you’ll be responsible for managing our property strategy, including facilities and health & safety.

The Role:

Strategy, policy and framework development

Developing the appropriate operating model for property in Tesco Bank

Overseeing facilities management across our sites

Property, Facilities and Health & Safety Strategy, Policy and Frameworks

Providing the right physical environments for our colleagues as our ways of working evolve

Leading our approach to cost efficient and effective, environmentally minded workplaces

Liaising with colleagues across the bank

Involvement across all aspects of the colleague experience - technology, wellbeing, community
