Are you a Digital Marketing Manager with a background in strategic marketing looking for an exciting career move with a Global, industry leading Energy Technology company based in London & Crawley? You will work out our London headquarters driving digital marketing campaigns for SLB's digital & technology portfolio focusing on increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue channels.
We are looking for someone who has experience in team management, as this position will come with 5 direct reports across Marketing, Social Media, Web & Customer Acquisition, as well as someone who is looking to develop their knowledge within a new and exciting industry. You do not need prior experience in the technology sector, as long as you can bring the core digital marketing skillset to the role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, account-based marketing.
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with technical marketing on optimizing website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO), user experience and conversion rate optimization.
- Work with technical marketing, content and creative teams to develop content and promotional assets to different target audiences by understanding potential customer’s pain points, preferred content formats, stage in the buyer’s journey, etc.
- Lead and collaborating closely with the creative leads and technical marketing team, this role will own digital strategy, development, execution, and reporting for all inbound marketing tactics.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices and provide recommendations for new opportunities and tactics.
Key Skills and Capabilities Include:
- B2B experience is preferred - demand generation, marketing automation and account-based marketing experience; some agency experience is also desirable.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising, including Google AdWords.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Experience using Marketing Automation platforms and ABM platforms
