Job Description
Reflex is looking to recruit an Account Manager for its operation based in Glasgow, the client base is well established and growing and requires an experienced individual to develop a relationship to ensure continuous high levels of service and client satisfaction.
To be a successful candidate for the role, you ideally would possess the following:

Key Responsibilities
· Own all aspects of sales and account management across the Scotland client base.
· Meet or exceed agreed performance, targets, and objectives.
· Deliver solutions, service and products that are appropriate to client needs and improve client engagement.
· Manage and forecast sales population effectively.
· Work in partnership with colleagues across the business to improve connectivity and exceptional standards and services across the business.
Experience
The Following experience would be desirable for the role:
· At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably with a vehicle rental sector
· Proven ability to identify and meet Clients need through a range of products and services.
· A track record of meeting targets, objectives and KPI's
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network and build relationships across client’s colleagues and key stakeholders.
· Attend and lead client reviews.
· Identify new target market and business opportunities.
Job Details
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 - Depending on experience
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Permanent, Full-time Position
Holidays: 25 days + statutory
