We are expanding our Finance Operations (FinOps) and CFO Services team to help small and medium businesses manage their reporting, cash flow and business operations.
In this role, you will build on the work done by Outmin’s accounting and bookkeeping team to provide a full finance function to our growing portfolio of diverse clients. You will be a part of the current team of three and play a key role in the day to day functions of our clients.
You will work closely with experienced finance professionals and gain experience and expertise in growing and running small businesses. If you understand the challenges faced by SMBs and want to create the future of the finance function in SMBs, this role is for you!

Look after account payable & supplier payable management

Account Receivable management including sending invoices, statements & chasing payment

Liaising with Outmin CFO and accounting teams regarding bank transactions and cash forecasting

Propose improvements to client & Outmin processes (nothing is perfect!)

Managing Outmin’s client account email account & corresponding daily

Directing queries to appropriate parties as required

Liaising with product and software development team to propose ideas to better the system interface & user experience
Required

3+ years experience in a similar role

Excellent communication skills including being able to understand cash issues businesses may be facing

Appreciation of the importance of cash management in SMB’s and the ability to act quickly in delicate scenarios

Ability to work as part of a team in a startup environment

Be able to manage multiple clients simultaneously

The ability to meet deadlines and or manage expectations if deadline is not feasible

A methodical, thorough and analytical approach

Comfortable using Google Suite, Slack, HubSpot etc
