Description
You will be the face of CSM, greeting and dealing with our visitors and being the first point of contact on our phone. You will also provide admin support to our Senior Block Managers as needed.
Core Responsibilities
- Greet and deal with visitors to our office
- Act as the first point of contact on our phones, dealing with calls as much as possible and transferring calls to appropriate people as necessary
- Enter customer payments onto our systems
- Provide administrative support to our Senior Block Managers
- Deal efficiently and courteously with queries from customers, directors and colleagues
- Carry out any other task reasonably asked off you
Requirements
- Demonstrable IT skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- At least one year's experience working in a customer facing role
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Hugely organised and an eye for detail
- At least 5 G.C.S.E’s or equivalent at grade C or above to include English Language and Maths
This is a full-time role based in our Belfast office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
