The Role:
We are looking for Customer Service Advisers to join our team providing an excellent level of customer service to each customer that contacts us. With a variety of clients and call types, we specialise in inbound secure payments and great customer service, along with using our knowledge and expertise to ensure the customer has the best experience possible including offering additional related products they may be interested in. As a Customer Service Adviser your days will be varied, with calls from multiple clients to give you variety, as well as receiving different types of calls from each client ranging from a simple payment or a lost property enquiry, to a booking or a booking amendment.
Key Functional Responsibilities:
- Handling every customer contact with professionalism and courtesy.
- Displaying positivity, patience, compassion, empathy, and humanity to customers.
- Awareness of PCI-DSS Compliance and GDPR and the impact this has on handling customer data and payments (training provided).
- Paying attention to detail, ensuring accuracy with all customer data.
- Utilising excellent service to upsell related products.
- Maintaining knowledge of products, processes, offers and promotions utilising our Knowledgebase, training materials and regular update communications sent.
- Computer literate and able to use a variety of systems.
- To provide valuable feedback from both yourself and our customers that might improve the experience.

Eckoh’s Customer Engagement Security Solutions help our clients to take payments and transact securely with their customers through all engagement channels. The solutions, which are delivered globally through our cloud platforms and protected by multiple patents, remove customer’s sensitive personal and payment data from client’s contact centres and IT environments. They provide merchants a simple and effective way to reduce the risk of fraud and data breaches, become compliant with security regulations, as well as enhancing their brand and increasing customer satisfaction.

Hours and Shifts:
We work on flexible schedules, but you’ll always be provided with two weeks’ notice for your shifts. When you start with us, we agree which times you are available each day, and up to how many hours you can work, and we’ll fit your shifts within those times every week, up to your maximum hours.
