As a member of Tesla’s Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission ‘to accelerate the worlds transition to sustainable energy’ and forming the next generation of Tesla professionals. Please note, the recruitment process for this programme will include an online behavioural task and in-person group assessment day (at select locations) in mid-late September.

This is your chance to enroll onto our in-house fast-track programme schedule, providing you with a challenging, yet exciting opportunity to learn across our 4 core internal functions: Service, Sales, Delivery and Tesla Support. You will be reviewed and assessed at each key department rotation, allowing you to further grow and develop your skills beyond the programme.
