Job Summary:
The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for providing support to all employees and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and development. This role will also assist with the onboarding process for existing employees. The Human Resources Advisor will be solely in charge of the HR operations for a small company of 7 employees.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of all new employees.
- Assist with the onboarding process for existing employees.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist with the completion of all employee reports and assist with updating employee information in Breathe.
- Assist with employee relations and other duties as assigned.
- Assist with employee relations and other duties as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in human resources preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Breathe HR software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Team Projector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, and in person with other team members and departments.
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed when appropriate to complete assignments without direct supervision.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £16.00 per hour
