The Company
KSEYE Group is an established bridging finance company specialising within the bridging and short-term lending markets. Due to continued growth, the company is now looking to recruit an Analyst to provide high quality support, in depth analysis and management reporting, with the aim of maintaining and improving business efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will be from an Audit, FP&A, Commercial Analyst or Management Accounts background.
Responsibilities
- Analysing business performance, producing. reviewing and reconciling management reports
- Creating and understanding advanced excel spreadsheets and being able to run a financial analysis on large data sets.
- Understanding and management of complex facilities and waterfalls
- First contact and liaison for queries/requests from funders and clients via email and telephone
- Undertaking projects and research
- Considering and recommending any cases outside the lending policy to the Board.
- Co-ordinating funding requirements with the team and making all the necessary arrangements internally and externally to issue the relevant request to the funding lines.
- Keeping reports and related data up to date and accurate.
- Thorough data validation across reports, documentation and systems.
- Proactively reviewing loan completion packs to ensure all relevant documentation and accurate information is provided for auditing.
- Managing available funding for pipeline completions.
- Preparing and checking client reports.
- Reviewing loans on a case-by-case basis and condensing information to provide precise written reports and executive summaries.
- Looking at creative ways to support the business.
- Making recommendations to optimise the planning and structure of Analyst functions.
- QA testing and liaising with the software development team.
- Understand the importance of ensuring that data output from systems is of high-quality to facilitate variance/trend analysis and decision making.
- Be adept at analysing data and preparing well-structured business cases, project plans and presentations.
Education & Experience
- An enthusiastic individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly computer-literate, with advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Highly numerate and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Able to identify the source of errors and provide outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to embrace new and improved ways of working. Efficient
- Fast to anticipate future needs and priorities, and will react flexibly to changing demands.
- An organised, positive self-starter and planner.
- Interested in structured finance or secured property finance.
- Logical, methodical, diligent and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Good communication, collaborative skills and an ability to work under pressure.
