The role is to provide an effective and efficient local function to process and agree all customer, partner and supplier contractual documentation in compliance with UK & Group Policies, Standards and Designation of Authority
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES
The Contracts Coordinator will:

Provide advice and support to Kinly staff (particularly sales staff) regarding all aspects of contractual documents and approvals
- Review contractual documents within defined or agreed timescales.
- Identify key areas of risk or conflict in contractual documents with respect to Kinly’s contract review criteria
- Seek additional input review where needed from Group Legal and/or UK management
- Ensure approval and sign-off on non-standard elements
- Draft contract clauses and amendments where appropriate
- Coordinate the review of specific specialist areas and compliance aspects of contracts by authorised subject matter experts.
- Manage version control of all drafts and coordinate feedback to customers (via Account Manager)
- Log progress of all requests and progress to completion.
- Actively attend customer contract negotiation meetings.
- Facilitate final contract sign-off.
- Disseminate key agreed contractual requirements to Kinly stakeholders
- Capture key meta-data of all completed customer MSAs and/or General Ts & Cs
- Manage renewal of MSAs
- Ensure effect storage and recall of all contract documents
- Ensure compliance of UK contracts with Regional Approval matrix and Group DoA
- Manage and review UK Region entity Standard contract documents.
- Provide and manage continuous improvements for the contract approval process.
Attend weekly Sales Management call to have ‘heads-up’ on pending contracts.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Must have excellent written English and strong proof reading skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to multi-task on multiple concurrent projects & contract, whilst working under pressure to deadlines.
- Confidence in managing Customer and internal Kinly contract discussions.
- Excellent team working and virtual team working skills.
- Strong planning, organisation & coordination skills.
- Sound commercial awareness.
- Good skills in creating, managing and storing quality documentation.
Excellent working experience of relevant computer applications, especially Word (especially reviewing and comparison tools), Excel, Adobe pdf, Docu-sign.
