With a strong history of over twenty years in helping individuals with a wide range of needs to live independent and fulfilling lives, we ensure that our clients enjoy opportunities for personal development and engaging within their local communities. We are looking for a caring, flexible and motivated individuals to provide person centred care and support in our supported housing services for adults with mental health needs in Northenden. You will need to be committed to promoting independence, well-being and enabling service users to enjoy an active lifestyle. You will support individuals in accessing social, leisure, education and work activities tailored to their specific interests and enable them to participate in their local Northenden community.
