Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
This will be situated in a beautiful rural location in Honiley Farm. Surrounded by picturesque landscapes and backing onto the Dogs Trust.
Due to the location you must have access to your own car.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch.
Salary is £20,000.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, answer and direct phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist with office organization and maintenance, including inventory and supply management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
