The Opportunity
Tempest is seeking an experienced Graphic and motion Designer to help us design best-in-class marketing campaigns to support both, brand and growth objectives. This is an exciting time and a great opportunity to get in at the beginning of something new to join our team.

Locations: Tempest has offices in Ireland, France, Germany Portugal America and Singapore.
This position can be located in Ireland/ UK or Portugal when applying to this position please share your preferred working location, candidates can be remote in these countries.
Responsibilities of the role:

Collaborate with our Marketing, Product, and Design teams to deliver attention-grabbing and engaging creative assets (static & motion)

Review performance data to ideate, create & iterate content that drives conversion.

Ship a variety of creatives. From integrated brand campaigns and partnerships to always-on digital campaigns to product marketing resources.

Be the guardian of our brand identity across the business to ensure all marketing designs and materials meet brand standards.
Requirements
-
3+ years’ experience in digital design inc portfolio of design work
-
Experience developing marketing materials for all digital channels and strong knowledge of paid advertising, creative requirements and optimisations across different channels

Experience in managing motion graphics projects ( from collaborating on script and sound to design, animation and full delivery)

Strong practical experience in Adobe Creative Suite ( After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) & Figma
-
Self -motivated team player with an open attitude to receiving constructive feedback
