Job Description

Avaliable Job Today Cadillac Plastic Ltd is a dynamic small business based in Swindon which converts and distributes high performance plastic films and filmic based adhesives. We are looking for a production/warehouse operator to work within our film conversion and warehouse facility.

Full training will be given.

The business operates Mon-Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm with a 4.00pm finish on Fridays.

Working hours would be 12.00-5.00pm Mon-Thu and 11.00am-4.00pm on Friday’s. 23 days (Pro-rata) annual leave, plus statutory bank holidays. Private Pension.

Pay rate: £10.50/Hr.

Your Role will Involve:

· Working as part of a small team which prides itself on providing excellent customer service and delivery performance.

· Packing, palletising and labelling of manufactured products ready for despatch.

· General warehouse duties such as booking in and putting away goods.

· Operating box making machine, heat-sealing machine and die cutter.

The ideal Candidate:

· A ‘hands on’ attitude, flexible, and a desire to work within a small customer focused team where your contribution will make a difference to the success of the business.

· Must be able to carry out assigned tasks with the minimum of supervision.

· Reliable and able to get the job done to a high standard.

· Attention to detail.

· Previous experience within a warehouse or production facility would be desirable, not essential as full training will be given.

· Fork-lift experience desirable but not essential.
