At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry out their role.
Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 1000 and 1600, with operating hours between 0800 and 1830. This allows employees to have a start time between 0800 and 1000 and finish time between 1600 and 1830
Direct EA Management
- Managing the General Counsel & Regulatory Affairs Director in an efficient, effective and professional manner while prioritising deadlines. Providing a seamless service at all times and offering a high level of knowledge and expertise in the absence of the General Counsel & Regulatory Affairs Director. Ensuring the General Counsel & Regulatory Affairs Director’s time is focused on priority issues.
- Managing the functional Team Co-Ordinator. All People Manager responsibilities including recruitment, objective setting and monitoring, people processes, providing direction & support. Working collaboratively to achieve shared goal.
- Managing all Company Secretarial requirements for Three UK and other Hutchison Group Companies working closely with CK Hutchison Holdings. Organising and attending Director Board Meetings, coordination of Board Resolutions, maintaining accurate filing systems, maintaining accurate filing records with Companies House.
- Create and maintain relationships with high level external Telco contacts, Three/CKHH companies, partners and agencies.
Operational Management
- Providing operational support by performing prescribed routine and ad-hoc activities using existing systems and protocols.
- Attending and contributing to weekly leadership meetings ensuring aligned support for key priorities and functional work procedures, employee engagement and facilities. Escalating functional feedback and issues appropriately and bringing resolutions back to the department. Maintaining an ongoing, close relationship with stakeholders in the Executive Assistant community.
Data Collection & Analysis
- Producing accurate reports for the function and wider communities, collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into standard formats.
Client & Customer Management
• Supporting internal and external customers to ensure their needs are met and ensure their ongoing satisfaction. Working with the Business Manager and People Business Partner to create and deliver an engagement plan for the whole function.
Budgeting & Costing
- Tracking budgets and bringing variances to the attention of Executive Leadership Team member while working within established budgeting systems. Works with Finance Business Partner to perform costing, budgeting and finance tasks.
