The Role
IES, a world leading green-tech software company, is looking for passionate applicants who are looking to learn and challenge themselves. Applicants will work within a software team are contributing to products offering solutions to tackle climate change. This is an exciting opportunity to gain industry experience in a supportive team focused environment.
The Position
This is a full-time position that will work Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) for 35 hours per week, that runs for 3 months from June to September.
The Candidate
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are looking to gain experience of a career in software development. We require individuals who can work on their own initiative but also have the ability to work along with others as part of a team.

Candidates should be…
- Entering their 3rd or final year of study
- Studying a computing related degree, i.e. Computer Science, Software Engineering or Computer Games Technology
- Or studying a field in engineering, science or maths but with some exposure or experience in programming
- Familiar with concepts of Object Orientated design practices
- Willing to engage, learn and contribute
