Avaliable Job Today We're seeking a highly motivated Operations Team Assistant to work at the heart of this exciting business during our peak season.
- You will coordinate our daily operations, ensuring our customers' expectations are always exceeded and all our logistics partners well-supported.
- You'll be the central point of communication between the fleet and the customer experience team and the fleet and warehouse network.
- You'll recommend operational improvements and help drive LOVESPACE's reputation by generating great reviews and referrals.
The Operations Team Assistant is a 6-month position, starting no later than the 2nd of May 23.
The working week will be Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat (Mon, Fri, and Sat will be working from home), with hours either 07:00-16:00 or 10:00-19:00.
You will be expected to work from our office, but we are just a 5 - minute walk from Borough station or a 10-minute walk from London Bridge station.

- Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication skills

Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Degree level educated or currently an undergraduate.
- Complete a simple skills test: Customer service - 10 min
