Location: Telford

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week covering a 7 day rota

Salary: £10.92 per hour, plus benefits

At Wrekin you will be joining a team of more than 1200 colleagues who inspire positive change, communicate clearly, grow together and ensure that everyone matters. The Role:

As a Support Worker, you will become a key part of a team to deliver care and support to residents living in our extra care schemes. This is an immensely rewarding role, enabling people to live independently and ensuring they get full enjoyment and fulfilment out of living in their ShireLiving or supported housing apartment.

You’ll provide a variety of care and support service that including cooking, cleaning, personal care, medication management and other support as outlined in each individual care and support plans. As well as helping people to live as independently as possible in a safe, caring and inclusive community.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check
