We are a small family run (husband and wife team) professional property company. We own 60 properties in Blackheath, Greenwich, Bromley & Chislehurst - nearly all residential.
We pride ourselves on the relationship we have with our tenants and the quality of service we provide. We are honest, kind and fair. We are looking to expand our business into more property development so now need extra support with the day to day running of the business.
Our company is looking for a dynamic, organised Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of 60 rental properties, including rent collection, preparation of leases, financial control and general maintenance. This position is in Blackheath, and the successful candidate will enjoy competitive pay and benefits. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who would enjoy running the day to day business and enjoy the contact with our tenants and tradesmen who help us to run the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Tenants: Contact details, Check-in & Check-out process, Leases (with letting agent), Protecting Deposits
- Manage Legal obligations: Fire Safety, Gas Safe, EICRs etc
- Manage Electronic Filing systems for shared documents
- Manage Payments: Checking payments, Xero accounting system, answering accountants queries
- Manage maintenance: Property checks, day to day maintenance with our friendly tradesmen, ordering parts/appliances etc

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
